Dorsey has been totally involved in international transportation since he finished his BS Degree in Marketing and two years in the U.S. Navy. He spent over twenty-three years with a major U.S. Flag container company in both Sales and Operations Management, ten years with an International Shipping Agency and the last fifteen years with a company dealing totally with CTPAT consulting and training.




He has been proactive in eleven of the current thirteen disciplines that are acceptable for CTPAT Certification and Validation. He has helped co-author CTPAT Training manuals, worked directly with CBP SCSS Agents, and their Supervisors in all seven of the CBP CTPAT offices within the US. He has traveled to the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, Canada and the Caribbean.


Dorsey has the background knowledge and hands on experience to actively work with you and your staff to satisfy the U.S. Customs requirements for the CTPAT Program now and in the years to come.
